The Menu

The menu changes from trip to trip depending on the season and can be adjusted based on your dietary requirements.

hors d'oeuvres

Our standard hors d'oeuvres might include:

  • Crab cakes with a pineapple Cajun sauce
  • Vegan bruschettas with salsa and a mascarpone topping
  • Chicken satay with a mango sauce


For lunch you can have chicken, seafood or vegetarian/vegan dishes:

  • Chicken breast stuffed with wild rice and a portabello mushroom sauce (The Salty Dog)
  • Mahi Mahi on a bed of fetuccini with a seafood salsa
  • Asparagus and new pototo fritatta with a fresh cream dressing

Our Chef

Our head chef, Paul Salazar, has worked as a chef is some of Puerto Vallarta’s finest restaurants, including Cafe des Artiste and LeBistro. He is now a professor at the finest culinary school in town. We are sure you will be thrilled with his creations. Always remember to leave room for his dessert pastries. They are divine.
